​1. Scope of Services

We specialize in bathroom remodeling of solid surface, including design consultation, demolition, fixture installation, and finishing. Services are available within the Greater Houston area, San Atonio, Austin, Dallas and surrounding cities. Structural modifications, electrical rewiring, or work outside our scope may require third-party contractors and are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on initial consultations and may be adjusted due to site conditions, material changes, or client requests. Pricing includes labor, materials, and applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Half of the amount is required as a deposit to initiate work, and the final amount will be due at the end of the project.

3. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided during consultation and may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Clearing the work area prior to project start

• Securing pets and valuables

• Providing timely decisions and approvals

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.

5. Warranty and Liability

We offer a limited warranty of 1 Year on workmanship and 10 years on Rhyostone. Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures and materials. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party products, pre-existing conditions, or unauthorized modifications after project completion.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services through phone or email notice. Deposits are non-refundable once material has been made or work has begun. Refunds for unused services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Designs, renderings, and project photos created by our team remain our intellectual property. We may use project images for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution
